These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of muscatbread.com and any orders placed through our website or approved ordering platforms. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.


1) About us

OMAbakery (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a bakery business based in Oman. We produce artisan bread and bakery products and may offer pickup and/or delivery services depending on availability and location.


2) Orders & availability

Product availability: All products are subject to availability. Because we bake in limited batches, items may sell out.

Order acceptance: Your order is accepted only after confirmation by us or through our ordering platform.

Right to refuse/cancel: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, or delivery constraints). If payment has been made, we will refund according to Section 6.


3) Pricing

Prices: Prices are shown in OMR unless stated otherwise.

Changes: Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order.

Errors: If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.


4) Payments

Payment methods: We may accept payments through third-party payment providers (for example: Take.app, Apple Pay, Google Pay, card payments, bank services, or cash where offered).

Payment processing: Payments are processed by third parties, and your payment details are handled under their terms and privacy policies. We do not store full payment card details.


5) Pickup & delivery

A) Pickup

Pickup time: You are responsible for collecting your order within the pickup time window provided.

Late pickup: If pickup is significantly delayed, product quality may be affected. We may not be able to remake or refund due to late pickup.

We do also provide delivery either by us or a third party.

B) Delivery

Delivery zones: Delivery is available only to specified areas and may change over time.

Delivery times: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, high demand, or operational factors.

Correct address/phone: You must provide accurate delivery information and be reachable by phone/WhatsApp.

Failed delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect details or inability to contact you, we may charge a redelivery fee or treat the order as completed with no refund (because the product is perishable).


6) Returns, refunds & cancellations

Because our products are fresh and perishable, we generally do not accept returns.

A) Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if we have not started preparing them.

For custom/catering orders, cancellation terms may differ (see Section 8).

B) Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

we cancel your order due to unavailability or operational issues, or

there is a verified issue with the product (wrong item, missing items, or quality concern).

If there is a problem, please contact us within [2–24] hours of receiving the order with:

order number (if available)

photos (where relevant)

a short description of the issue

Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method where possible.


7) Food safety & allergens

Allergens: Our kitchen may handle common allergens including (but not limited to) gluten/wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame, soy.

Cross-contamination: We take care, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Customer responsibility: If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us before ordering. Some items may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.

Storage guidance: We provide best-practice guidance, but product freshness depends on correct storage by the customer.


8) Catering & large orders

Advance notice: Catering/large orders require advance notice and confirmation.

Deposits: We may require a deposit or full payment upfront.

Changes: Changes to catering orders may not be possible within [24–72] hours of the delivery/pickup time.

Cancellation: Catering cancellations may be subject to fees depending on preparation stage.


9) Promotions & gift cards (if applicable)

Promotions: Promotions are subject to specific terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Gift cards/vouchers: If offered, gift cards are non-refundable and may have expiry dates and usage conditions.


10) Website use

Accuracy: We aim for accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or always up to date.

Acceptable use: You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt its operation.

Third-party links: Our website may contain third-party links. We are not responsible for their content or policies.


11) Intellectual property

All content on muscatbread.com, including logos, images, text, and branding, is owned by Muscat Bread or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.


12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability related to an order will not exceed the value of that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights under applicable consumer laws.


13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Oman.


14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
