Our sourdough is made daily, by hand and with great care. Our production method limits our capacity, but it ensures that we have time to get the quality right.

Our sourdough loaves are baked fresh in each shop all-day every day. When you buy a sandwich or a loaf we guarantee the loaf is never more than 3 hours out of the oven.

We have open bakeries to also give you transparency and show the real ingredients we source directly from out local suppliers.

You can collect pastries daily from our flagship store, and because we bake in limited batches, we also accept pre-orders so your favourites are ready when you arrive.

At OMA, we believe craft baking belongs at the heart of the community. Our story began with a love of simple things — good bread, good coffee, and the quiet rituals that bring people together each day. When a favourite bakery in Seeb closed, we chose not to accept the loss. We built Muscat Bread, and now OMA is our flagship home — a place where craftsmanship can be seen, tasted, and shared.
Our spaces are designed to feel calm, warm, and honest. We take inspiration from the character of Muscat — its light, its textures, and the beauty of simplicity — combining a Scandinavian sense of restraint with local warmth and hospitality.
Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond the kitchen. We care about the whole journey: from how ingredients are sourced, to how we reduce waste, to the materials we choose in the space itself. We prioritise thoughtful design and durable furnishings that last, minimise waste, and respect the unique identity of each location.
